EaglePicher is pleased to announce General John Kelly as keynote speaker of its Power Up conference, held October 1-2 in Springfield, MO. General Kelly began his career in the Marine Corps and went on to legislative affairs, serving as a special assistant to the Supreme Allied Command – Europe, instructing at The Basic School and Infantry Officer Course, and serving as the Senior Military Assistant to two Secretaries of Defense. His most recent—and final—assignment was as the Combatant Commander, United States Southern Command. After confirmation by the U.S. Senate, General Kelly became Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security and spent two years as White House Chief-of-Staff.
General Kelly’s remarks will begin tomorrow, October 1, at 8pm following a 6:30pm dinner reception. Media is invited to cover the event, which will be held at the Glendalough Conference Center within the Springfield, MO Doubletree Hotel (2431 N Glenstone Ave).
