Willie Stone is the Vice President, Quality for EaglePicher® Technologies. Willie joined EaglePicher in 2018 and was named Vice President in 2021.
Willie is responsible for implementing and maintaining quality and lean systems. He works closely with customers and operations, implementing measurable solutions and tools to ensure product and process reliability. Willie is adept at building customer and supplier relationships while delivering mission-critical results.
Willie’s background includes leadership roles in engineering, operations and quality. Prior to joining EaglePicher, he was quality and continuous improvement leader with Gates Corporation, a leading manufacturer of application-specific fluid power and power transmission solutions. Here, Willie developed and implemented layered process audit systems to meet customer demands and eliminate variation. He drove and implemented robust corrective action processes to reduce customer concerns. Willie also has project engineering and design engineering experience with industrial manufacturers.
Willie holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering Technology from Missouri Southern State University. He is also a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and holds lead auditor certificates for ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO13485 and AS9100.
