Rich Hunter is Chief Executive Officer of EaglePicher® Technologies. Rich leads all aspects of our nine North American manufacturing and research and development sites employing over 800 team members.
As chief executive officer, Rich is responsible for building on our culture and reputation as a strategic partner to defense, space and aviation customers. He is accountable for EaglePicher’s delivery of the highest-quality battery systems to help our customers bring emerging applications to market.
Rich brings over 20 years of experience in aerospace and defense industries including over a decade in senior leadership roles covering fuzing and ordnance. He has supplied critical components to military and aerospace customers while working closely with defense primes and major aviation companies.
Prior to joining the EaglePicher team, Rich most recently served as president of L3 Technologies - Defense Electronic Systems division, a global defense technology innovator across air, land, sea and space domains.
Rich holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, a Masters of Business Administration and has completed the L3 Executive Leadership Development program at the Wharton School of Business.
