Jon Bagrosky joined EaglePicher in August 2018 as senior vice president of human resources. Bagrosky is responsible for driving the human resources strategy to enable EaglePicher to achieve and exceed our business objectives. He has an extensive leadership background with more than 20 years of experience in human resources, strategic staffing, performance management, training, leadership development and operations management.
Kurt Bruenning joined EaglePicher in June of 2018, bringing with him an extensive leadership background with more than 21 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, capital markets, treasury, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, public reporting, financial planning and analysis, operations finance and private equity transactions.
George Cintra joined EaglePicher in May 2017 as vice president of research and development.
Prior to joining EaglePicher, Cintra was the chief technology officer for Integer, Inc. (formerly Greatbatch). Previously he was vice president of research and development at Electrochem and he spent a substantial part of his career at Procter & Gamble in the Duracell business. Prior experience includes W.R. Grace & Co., Alcoa and Goodyear.
Jesse Griggs joined EaglePicher in October 2016 as vice president of quality and reliability. Griggs has a proven track record of developing high performing quality organizations and implementing robust quality management systems across a global platform of products while aggressively driving supplier, customer and process based targets to insure strategic quality goals are achieved. He is an active member of both the Lockheed-Martin THAAD and Missile Defense Agency Quality Councils.
Ahsan Javed joined EaglePicher in April 2018 as vice president of marketing and business development.
Prior to joining EaglePicher, Javed worked at Knowles Corporation as the head of product management for the specialty components business with responsibility over the global marketing team. Previously he held product management and engineering roles at Silicon Labs and Motorola.
Gary McCloskey, senior vice president of operations and supply chain, joined EaglePicher in May of 2016 as vice president of operations and supply chain. He brings 28 years of experience leading commercial and operational areas including engineering, manufacturing, procurement and supply chain.
Greg Miller began his career at EaglePicher in 1992 as a project design engineer and was later advanced through several levels including chief electronics engineer, engineering manager of product development, engineering director of new product development, vice president of technology and his current position vice president of applications engineering. He has obtained multiple technology patents and has authored multiple technical publications regarding battery systems.
Ron Nowlin began his career at EaglePicher in 1996 and has ascended through the ranks in contracts, business development, finance, product development, operations and now serves as the vice president and general manager over the aerospace systems business unit.
Nowlin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Accounting from Pittsburg State University.
