Mr. Walker joined EaglePicher in July 2016. He was formerly the President of Knowles Electronics, a specialty acoustic component manufacturer. Mr. Walker is a graduate of Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota with a BA in Economics, and has an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.
Mr. McCloskey joined EaglePicher in May of 2016 and brings 28 years of experience with several divisions of General Electric, which he joined as a mechanical designer and left leading a $1 billion business. A Lean Six Sigma Master Blackbelt, Gary was selected by GE Corporate to establish and drive their Lean initiative for the industrial business.
Mr. Nowlin began his career at EaglePicher in 1996 and has ascended through the ranks in Contracts, Business Development, Finance, Product Development, Operations, and now serves as the Vice-President & General Manager over the Aerospace Systems business unit. Mr. Nowlin is a graduate of Pittsburg State University with degrees in Business Management and Accounting.
Mr. Miller began his career at EaglePicher in 1992 as a Project Design Engineer and was later advanced through several levels including Chief Electronics Engineer, Engineering Manager of Product Development, Engineering Director of New Product Development, and his current position Vice President of Technology. He has obtained multiple technology patents and has authored multiple technical publications regarding battery systems. Mr.
Mr. Rhodes joined EaglePicher in January of 2017, bringing with him over 35 years of progressive accounting and financial experience and has held such positions as VP Finance and Administration, CFO and CEO for major businesses throughout that time. Additionally, he has had the distinct honor of being named CFO of the Year – Large Private Companies by the St. Louis Business Journal in 2008.
Mr. Griggs joined EaglePicher in October 2016 from SunEdison in St. Louis, MO where he was most recently Director of Global Manufacturing and Supplier Quality responsible for all electrical and mechanical components that feed into large utility scale solar projects.
Mr. Cintra joined EaglePicher in May 2017 from Integer, Inc (formerly Greatbatch) where he had been the Chief Technology Officer and previously the VP R&D at Electrochem. He had also spent a substantial part of his career at Procter & Gamble in the Duracell business, with prior roles at W.R. Grace & Co., Alcoa, and Goodyear. George has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
Mr. Kidd joined EaglePicher in 2017. After retiring from active duty, Scott has held senior Business Development and Programs roles in industry. In his final assignment, he served as Project Manager for Tactical Wheeled Vehicles supporting the GWOT. He brings a wealth of military acquisition and contracts management experience with him. He is responsible for our Defense P&L, including business development, program management, and driving the strategic growth of the defense portfolio.
Mr. Miel joined EaglePicher Technologies as General Manager, Medical in May 2017. David joins us from Elucent Medical, a startup company focused on surgical treatments for cancer. He had previously spent much of his career at Medtronic, most recently as the Director of R&D in their Minimally Invasive Therapies Group, as well as stays at Greatbatch and early on as an engineer at 3M Company in Space Research and Application Group.
